Our Approach

Communication

Communication

Proactive and consistent communication is vital to the success of your Association. The absence of effective communication often produces misunderstanding amongst community members and low productivity levels. We help identify the communication mediums that fit your community and ensure they are properly utilized to help keep your members informed surrounding important community updates and available resources.

Goal Settings

Goal Settings

We believe in sitting down with our Boards to thoroughly understand priorities and goals for the community. With agreed upon goals in place we help you formulate an action plan to attain desired results. We also check in with our Boards throughout the year to identify any challenges or new opportunities that may affect established goals, so we can propose solutions and course correct as needed.

Financial Health and Asset Evaluation

Financial Health and Asset Evaluation

Protecting your property values involves strategic planning for the future and mitigating risk. We help you anticipate and plan for future year capital repair and replacement needs of the Association with incremental contributions to your Association’s reserve account. Prevention is better than a cure – we partner with our Boards to develop a prescribed preventative maintenance schedule for their assets and ensure you have appropriately licensed and insured vendors facilitating a defined scope of work.

Community Advocacy

Community Advocacy

Your Association is part of broader, local community. Understanding and utilizing local government resources and partnership opportunities can create tremendous value for Association members. With our local expertise and established relationships, we will help you leverage those available resources to benefit your community.

HOA Board Member Education

HOA Board Member Education

We are intentional about providing our Board members with the required training and resources to effectively lead their community. It is important for Board members to operate with a basic knowledge of legal procedures and requirements, understand the application of their governing documents and the fiduciary responsibility they hold. Paragon equips its board members with the use of quarterly training sessions, including subject matter expert led workshops and prepared resources and tools. Our focus on continual education helps to produce confident leaders and collaborative teams.
