The Paragon Management Team, headed up by the Director of Operations, Tamara Moore, have consistently provided us with exemplary service standards. The communication has been excellent, and I would characterize it as proactive more than reactive. When a challenge has occurred, they are quick to join in collaboration to solve the problem.  We are very fortunate to have this group on watch for us and our home. Thank you Team!

As both a homeowner and a Board member, I really appreciate the amount of information and self-service that the Paragon website provides. As a homeowner, instead of relying on email or phone calls, I can check and pay my billing statement, initiate or check status on any work orders, or review any violations or architectural control committee requests. As a Board member, the website allows for quick access to review items that need my attention and to keep up to date on required business. Based on my previous experience with prior HOAs, Paragon has provided much more transparency and homeowner usability through their website.
